Where do you ship?

We currently ship WORLDWIDE.

Shipping Costs Info (US)

We offer FREE Standard 1-3 Day Shipping on all US merchandise orders above $75. For all other orders standard shipping will be $7.95 once checkout process is completed.

Tracking/Where is my package?

As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information.
The first email you receive will have several details within it.
Once order is in transit from our fulfillment center, you will receive a second email that indicates shipping information.
If you have not received any tracking updates within 5 business days of your order being placed, please:

We typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, no changes are allowed after receiving your order confirmation via email. This is/can subject to change during the holiday season (November-January).

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship out orders within 1-3 business days of being placed but this can change depending on operational needs and daily volume of orders.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas

Customs Fees

Certain items, including aerosols and alcohol-based products are restricted from air-transport due to U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and must be shipped by ground shipping only and will potentially take additional time to arrive. Please reference your estimated delivery date during checkout and post-purchase notifications for estimated delivery. We regret that we are not able to offer expedited shipping or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico on orders with restricted items.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.

Returns

Returns / Refunds (if applicable)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We’ll notify you via email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Once your return is received, inspected and accepted an email will be send out with information about your refund. Please note returns sent back to us without first requesting a RMA will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

In case of an exchange and to ensure you get what you want is reach out to us to see if your purchase qualifies for an exchange, request an RMA, send the item/items to us and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. At this point we will credit/refund the original purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to meet these guidelines will result in NO refunds issued.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item/items over $75, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as-well.
